PRTCL originates from the word protocol — reflecting the structure, intention & ethos behind our 
training philosophy.

A protocol is the tailored & structured training plan each client follows — built to provide progression, consistency & help them reach their highest potential. 

Focused on structured & result-driven coaching, PRTCL offers 1:1 trainings, group sessions, collabs 
& activations, as well as custom training protocols. 

The philosophy is built on the belief that long-term results come from a focused and structured approach. That’s why every client protocol is individually designed around goals, lifestyle &  long-term development.

Founder  


Copenhagen native, Georgios Zissimatos. has a background in elite football & over 15 years of experience
in strength and performance training. 

Through his work as a pedagogue with young adults, he developed a passion for working closely with 
people & supporting their development through strong communication & mentorship. 

His approach has always been rooted in a performance-driven mindset, focusing on structure, consistency 
& creating long-term results.
